RETURNS POLICY

Returns need to be fair, specific and operationally real.

Return window

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery unless a different timeline is stated during a special promotion or limited release.

Eligible condition

Items must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging. Products showing clear signs of wear, misuse or missing components may not qualify for refund.

Non-returnable situations

Final sale items, gift cards, heavily discounted promotional bundles and any hygiene-sensitive products marked non-returnable are excluded from standard returns.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or materially different from what you ordered, contact support within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Refund handling

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is inspected. Bank or payment processor posting times may vary after we issue the refund.
